ALL RENTED/LEASED CYLINDERS ARE SUBJECT TO A $300 DEPOSIT. FURTHERMORE, TERMS & CONDITIONS ARE BASED ON CREDIT INFORMATION RECEIVED AND MANAGEMENT CREDIT APPROVAL. CYLINDER DEPOSITS CAN BE APPLIED TO CYLINDER LEASE RENEWAL ON 3RD ANNIVERSARY PROVIDED ACCOUNT IS IN GOOD STANDING AND AVERAGE PAYMENT DAYS DO NOT EXCEED 60 DAYS. CYLINDER DEPOSITS CANNOT BE APPLIED TO OUTSTANDING INVOICES INCLUDING DAILY CYLINDER RENTAL.
